Credits are the unit of work inside LocalSpider. One credit runs a Light Mode audit (2–3 pages). Deeper crawls consume more: Medium is 2 credits, Deep is 3, Advanced is 10, and the most powerful modes (Monster → Leviathan) scale up to 250 credits for 5,000+ page domains. Both are one-time purchases. You pay once, credits land in your account, and they never expire. Only the Agency Pro plan ($149/mo) is a recurring monthly subscription with a fresh 300-credit allotment each billing cycle.

Light Mode is a 60-second tactical scan — it hits the 2–3 most important pages (homepage, core service pages) and delivers a structured GBP audit instantly. A Deep Dive (Medium, Deep, or Advanced) spiders dozens to hundreds of pages, uncovering content gaps, structural SEO failures, and competitor patterns that a surface scan simply can't see.

If a crawl fails due to a bot block, network error, or a site going offline, your credits are automatically refunded. You never lose credits on a failed run. You'll see the failed audit in your History tab and can re-run it at any time.

For the Starter and Agency one-time packs: yes, your credits never expire — use them at your own pace. For Agency Pro subscribers, credits reset on your monthly billing date and do not carry over (300 fresh credits every month).

Agency and Agency Pro plans include clean, watermark-free PDF exports you can brand and deliver directly to clients. The free tier exports include a LocalSpider watermark. Full white-label and API access (so you can generate audits programmatically) is in active development and will land in Agency Pro first.

Yes. There are no per-seat or per-domain restrictions. Each credit runs one audit on any Google Business Profile URL you choose. Agencies commonly run 10–20 audits across different client locations from a single pack.

All payments are processed through Stripe, the same platform used by NASA, Shopify, and Amazon. LocalSpider never stores your card details. Checkout is Stripe-hosted and PCI-DSS compliant.
